NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS 
 
All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012.  This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. 
 
The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest.  It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs").  It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and  money-market deposit accounts.

On Saturday, February 11th, our vendor will be making some internal changes that could affect their telephone system. The work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; however, we anticipate any affect to the phones to be less than 4 hours.  
 
While the work is being performed we expect the impact to be minimal with the exception of the below:  
 
* Activation Codes requested by phone for payee activation will not function. As a reminder, activation codes can still be processed via email and text.  
* While the Contact Center is not staffed on Sundays, inbound calls coming in go to voicemail allowing the Contact Center to return the calls on Monday morning. During this maintenance window any inbound calls may not reach voicemail.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
